The uncontrolled epidemic of pirates activities in Eat Africa has found signs of growing infections of pirates activities in West Africa on the coast of Nigeria, Benin, and Ghana. 

Pirates have attacked an oil tanker off the coast of west Africa, killing a Ukrainian seaman, the commander of Benin's naval forces says.
